  1. From the Home screen, tap the Morning Preparation / Begin card
  2. The focused journaling screen opens with the first prompt
  3. Use the on-screen editor to write your entry (you can use text, voice, or video)
  4. Tap Keep Going to continue the session with additional prompts
  5. Tap Finish Session to receive an AI-generated reflection and session summary

For Evening Journaling

  1. From the Home screen, tap the Evening Reflection / Begin card
  2. The journaling screen opens with guided prompts
  3. Write your responses using the editor (text, voice, or video)
  4. Tap Keep Going to continue with more prompts
  5. Tap Finish Session to generate your AI reflection and session summary

Tips:

  • Set consistent times each day to build the habit
  • Don’t overthink—write whatever comes to mind
  • Use voice journaling if you prefer speaking over writing
  • Make evening journaling part of your bedtime routine
