- The focused journaling screen opens with the first prompt
- Use the on-screen editor to write your entry (you can use text, voice, or video)
- Tap Keep Going to continue the session with additional prompts
- Tap Finish Session to receive an AI-generated reflection and session summary
For Evening Journaling
- From the Home screen, tap the Evening Reflection / Begin card
- The journaling screen opens with guided prompts
- Write your responses using the editor (text, voice, or video)
- Tap Keep Going to continue with more prompts
- Tap Finish Session to generate your AI reflection and session summary
