Refund policies depend on your platform and when you request the refund.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are generally available shortly after purchase; otherwise, they’re evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Platform policies – Apple and Google have their own refund policies
How to Request a Refund:
- iOS: Contact Apple Support or request through reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Contact Google Play Support or request through play.google.com
Important Notes:
- Refund requests are processed by Apple or Google, not directly by Justly
- Processing time varies by platform
- If you receive a refund, your Premium access will be revoked
Alternative: If you’re having issues with Premium features, contact our support first—we may be able to help resolve the issue without a refund.
Yes! Justly syncs across all your devices when you’re logged into the same account.
How It Works:
- Sign in with the same email address on all devices
- Your journal entries, habits, and insights sync automatically
- Changes made on one device appear on all devices
- Works on both iOS and Android devices
Requirements:
- Same account (email address) on all devices
- Internet connection for syncing
- Latest app version for best compatibility
Syncing:
- Entries sync automatically when you have internet
- If offline, entries save locally and sync when you reconnect
- Syncing usually happens within seconds
Note: If you’re having syncing issues, see Syncing Issues in our FAQs or contact support.
Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from Justly.
What Gets Deleted:

- Insights, analytics, and summaries
- Account information and preferences
- All associated data
Important Warnings:
- This action is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will lose access to all your journal entries
- You cannot recover your data after deletion
- Your subscription will be canceled (if active)
Before Deleting:
- Consider exporting any entries you want to keep (contact support for help)
- Cancel your subscription separately if you want to avoid future charges
- Make sure you really want to delete—this cannot be reversed
How to Delete:
See our guide on How to Delete Your Account for step-by-step instructions.
Alternative: If you just want to take a break, consider logging out instead of deleting. Your data will remain safe, and you can log back in anytime.
