My journal entries aren't syncing across devices. What should I do?

If you’re experiencing syncing issues, try these steps:

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check your internet connection – Ensure you have a stable connection
  2. Force sync – Pull down to refresh on the home screen
  3. Restart the app – Close and reopen Justly
  4. Check your account – Make sure you’re logged into the same account on all devices
  5. Update the app – Ensure you’re using the latest version
  6. Wait a few minutes – Syncing can take a moment

If Issues Persist:

If the problem continues after trying the steps above, contact support and include the following information:

• Which devices you’re using
• When the issue started
• Which entries aren’t syncing
• Screenshots if possible

Note: Entries are saved locally first, then synced to the cloud. If you’re offline, entries will sync when you reconnect.

The app keeps crashing. How can I fix this?

If Justly is crashing frequently, try these solutions:

Quick Fixes:

  1. Restart the app – Close it completely and reopen
  2. Restart your device – This clears temporary issues
  3. Update the app – Check for updates in the App Store or Play Store
  4. Clear cache (Android) – Go to Settings > Apps > Justly > Clear Cache
  5. Free up storage – Ensure you have enough storage space

If Crashes Continue:

If the app continues to crash after trying these fixes, contact support and provide:

• Device model and OS version
• App version (found in Settings)
• When the crashes occur (specific actions or times)
• Any error messages you see

Prevention:

  • Keep the app updated to the latest version
  • Don’t run too many apps simultaneously
  • Ensure your device has sufficient storage and memory

I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble logging in, follow these steps:

Common Solutions:

  1. Check your email – Make sure you’re using the correct email address
  2. Verify password – Try resetting your password if needed
  3. Check internet connection – Ensure you have a stable connection
  4. Update the app – Make sure you’re using the latest version
  5. Restart the app – Close and reopen Justly

Password Reset:

  • Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen
  • Check your email (including spam folder) for reset instructions
  • Follow the link to create a new password

Still Having Issues?

If you’re still unable to log in, contact support and include:

• Your email address (the one you used to sign up)
• Device type and OS version
• Description of the error or issue
• Screenshots if possible

Note: If you’re trying to log in on a new device, make sure you’re using the same account credentials you used when you first signed up.

I don't see some features mentioned in the guide. Why?

Some features may not be visible for a few reasons:

  1. Premium features – Some features require a Premium subscription
  2. App version – You may need to update to the latest version
  3. Platform differences – Some features may vary between iOS and Android
  4. Gradual rollout – New features are sometimes released gradually

How to Check:

  • Update the app – Go to App Store or Play Store and check for updates
  • Check your plan – Go to Settings to see if you’re on Free or Premium
  • Check platform – Some features may be iOS or Android specific
