Draft

Drafts allow you to save your journal entries in progress and return to them later. This feature ensures you never lose your thoughts and can continue writing whenever inspiration strikes.

What Are Drafts?

Drafts allow you to save your journal entries in progress and return to them later. This feature helps you capture thoughts when you don’t have time to complete a full journaling session, or when you want to continue writing at a later time.

Benefits:

  • Save your thoughts without completing the entire session
  • Return to unfinished entries whenever you’re ready
  • Keep multiple drafts for different journaling sessions
  • Never lose your work if you need to step away

When to Use Drafts:

  • You start writing but get interrupted
  • You want to think more before completing an entry
  • You’re working on multiple journal entries at once
  • You need to save your progress and continue later

How to Create a Draft?

Creating a draft is simple and automatic:

Steps to Create a Draft:

  1. Start any journaling session (Morning, Evening, Guided, or Open Journal)
  2. Add your message or content in the editor
  3. Your entry is automatically saved as a draft as you type
  4. You can close the session and return to it later

Note: Drafts are saved automatically, so you don’t need to manually save them. Just start writing and your progress is preserved.

How to View Your Drafts?

Access all your saved drafts from the Session folder.

How to View:

  1. Go to the Session folder in the app
  2. Tap on the Draft option
  3. View all your saved drafts
  4. Tap on any draft to continue editing

What You’ll See:

  • List of all your saved drafts
  • Date and time when each draft was created
  • Preview of the draft content
  • Option to continue editing or delete

How to Delete a Draft?

Remove drafts you no longer need to keep your draft list organized.

Steps to Delete:

  1. Go to your drafts list (found in the Session folder or top right corner)
  2. Find the draft you want to delete
  3. Tap the delete icon next to that draft
  4. Confirm deletion if prompted

Tips:

  • Only delete drafts you’re sure you don’t need
  • Deleted drafts cannot be recovered
  • You can always create a new draft if needed
  • Consider completing drafts instead of deleting them to preserve your thoughts
