App Lock lets you add an extra layer of privacy to your Justly app using your device’s biometric security features, such as fingerprint or Face ID (where available). Enable App Lock to keep your journal entries and sensitive information secure, even if someone else has access to your device.
App Lock is an additional security feature that allows you to protect access to the Justly app using your device’s biometric authentication (like fingerprint or Face ID) or a device passcode. Once enabled, Justly will require biometric authentication each time you open the app, helping keep your journal and data private.
It’s easy to enable App Lock and use biometric protection:
How to Set Up App Lock:
- Go to Settings in the Justly app
- Tap on App Lock
- Toggle App Lock
- Follow the prompts to set up biometric authentication if it isn’t already enabled on your device
Once activated, the app will prompt you for biometric authentication each time you open Justly.
How to Disable App Lock:
- You can turn App Lock off from the same settings page at any time (you’ll need to authenticate to change this setting).
