Key Metrics:

Streaks – Tracks consecutive days of journaling to encourage consistency and habit formation. Building a streak helps create a sustainable journaling practice.

Mindful Minutes – Tracks the total points earned from completing mindful activities. Each point represents a small win toward consistency, so the higher the total the deeper you’ve stayed engaged with your mindful practice.

Session Count – Counts total journaling sessions completed across all types (Morning, Evening, Guided, and Open journals).

How to View Your Progress:
Access your progress metrics from the Home screen or Insights section. These numbers help you understand your journaling habits and celebrate your consistency.
